Shannon is an owner and Principal Consultant of CURIS Consulting. Shannon has had over 10 years of consulting in the community health center industry and over 11 years in operational and quality leadership at one of the country’s largest FQHCs. With over 20 years of experience working with health centers, hospitals, PCAS and HCCNs Shannon has successfully enhanced clinical, operational and financial performance

Shannon has completed over 250 NCQA PCMH recognitions and transformations, performance assessments on over 100 community health centers and assisted networks in preparing for and developing clinically integrated networks. Shannon was recently recognized by NCQA with the Quality Innovation Award in 2021.

Shannon is a regularly sought after national expert and regularly presents at NACHC, PCA, NCQA and various other conferences. She was even sought after to join the NACHC faculty to conduct several of their trainings.

Having spent her entire career in the community health center environment, Shannon has an extensive knowledge of FQHCs and the regulatory requirements for community health centers.
