Ashish Abraham MD, MBA
Dr. Ashish Abraham is a physician-executive and healthcare entrepreneur with expertise in care management, health program/benefits design and data analytics for vulnerable and complex care populations. Dr. Abraham is the CEO and Co-Founder of Foresight Health Solutions, a health equity and value-based AI and machine learning healthcare analytics company that serves community health organizations and networks that represent them. Dr. Abraham is also a consultant to clients in the areas of SDoH analytics, quality assurance, reform-related strategic planning and program design and implementation. Prior to co-founding Foresight Health Solutions, Dr. Abraham was the founding CEO and President of Altruista Health, a care management software company that provides solutions to health plans across 44 states serving a population of more than 50 million covered lives. Prior to Altruista Health, Dr. Abraham served as the SVP and Chief Medical Officer of United Health’s Government Sector Care Management Organization with responsibility for Medicaid health plans in 7 states. In the past, he has also served as a Principal and physician-leader at Mercer Consulting where he led healthcare strategy projects for commercial clients and for 15 state Medicaid and county governments.

Leina'ala Kanana MSW
Leinaala Kanana has recently come into her new role of Chief Community Health Services Officer since Jan of 2023 after serving over 20 years in the Community Health Services Department. Leinaala completed her bachelor's of social work degree from Brigham Young University – Hawaii campus and quickly joined Ke Ola Mamo as an outreach worker in the Ko’olauloa, downtown Honolulu and eventually Waianae districts. She left Ke Ola Mamo for WCCHC wanting to explore more in the medical social worker realm. After working in the Malama Recovery Service Department as a Baby SAFE Outreach Worker and transferred to the Perinatal Program where she worked with substance using pregnant and post-partum women. She worked her way up to the Director of Community Health Services where she oversees the health centers enabling services including transportation, case management, homeless outreach, care coordination, and eligibility services. Leinaala obtained her master's in social work from Boston University and completed 1.5 years of internship at Queens-West Emergency Room as an ER Social Worker. She is from the community and understands the unique needs relative to the Waianae Community.

Vija Sehgal MD, MPH, PhD
Dr. Vija Sehgal is the Chief Quality Officer and Director of Pediatric Services at the Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center in Waianae, Hawaii. Dr. Sehgal graduated from UC Berkeley, received an MD from the University of Miami in Florida, an MPH from the University of Michigan and a PhD in Infectious Disease Epidemiology from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. She is a Board Certified Pediatrician, having completed her Pediatrics Residency at University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children. Dr. Sehgal has been a practicing Pediatrician at the Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center for the past 30 years and oversees multiple departments related to population health as well as pediatric and school-based health center services.

Sanga Krupakar MD, MSPH
Sanga Krupakar serves as the Vice President of Network and Analytics and leads the Health Center Controlled Network Program (HCCN) to support the North Carolina Community Health Center Association and its member health centers leverage health information technology and data to improve operational and clinical practices. In her current role, Sanga leads the development and implementation of NCCHCA’s analytics platform which provides an integrated and adaptable framework for population health management, care delivery optimization, care coordination/management, patient outreach and engagement, and interoperability. Sanga brings with her a solid core foundation in population health with nearly 17 years of professional experience in medicine and public health. She has previously worked with the North Carolina Division of Public Health on federal grants that aimed to improve the quality and delivery of clinical services and connect patients and their health care providers to disease prevention and management programs with the goal of reducing diabetes, heart disease and stroke in North Carolinians of all ages. Sanga has a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Deccan College of Medical Sciences, India and a Master of Science degree in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
